2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions with stakeholders in our database.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination of efforts.
5. Participate in training sessions to enhance your communication skills and knowledge of our organization.
6. Contribute creative ideas to improve our telecalling strategies and campaigns.
7. Support other departments with telecalling tasks as needed to achieve our organizational goals.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).
