Telecalling Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate sales leads
2. Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their queries or concerns
3. Following up with customers who have shown interest in the service
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, sales leads, and customer feedback
5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers
6. Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing laws and regulations
