5. Research and stay updated on the latest web development trends and technologies to implement in projects.
6. Work closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into websites.
7. Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

1. Top-notch programming skills and knowledge of modern HTML and CSS
2. Familiarity with ReactJS and NodeJS (for the backend).
3. A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices
4. Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development
5. Should be comfortable working with network diagnostics and analytics tools.
6. Basic knowledge of the search Optimization process
7. Problem-solving and debugging skills.
8. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
9. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
