1. Proven experience in web programming
2. Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
3. Familiarity with PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript, or Ruby on Rails
4. Comprehensive understanding of web applications, including security and session management
5. Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development
6. Hands-on experience with network analytics tools and network diagnostics
7. Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization
8. Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
9. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within timelines and budgets with business acumen
