About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies to generate qualified leads, including:
a. Focus on email marketing campaigns
b. Focus on cold-calling existing databases
c. Identify referral opportunities from satisfied clients
d. Follow up with the existing leads

2. Lead Engagement:
a. Conduct outbound calls to engage with generated leads and business partners
b. Communicate the company's value proposition and address potential customer needs
c. Schedule and conduct informative calls such as con-calls or web demos to further nurture leads

3. Content Collaboration: Work collaboratively with social media & content creation teams to develop engaging content that attracts and educates potential customers

4. Technical Proficiency: Adept at using various communication and prospecting tools, including email marketing platforms, Google Sheets, Google Meet, etc.

5. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions

Other requirements

1. Preferably having experience in lead generation and qualification techniques.

2. Possess excellent communication in Hindi and English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

3. Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills.

4. Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Sheets, Meet, etc.).

4. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

5. A positive, results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

6. Be adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and processes.

7. Be open to making a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
