As a pre-sales intern at Shyft, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our community members to remind them about upcoming live sessions and encourage their continued participation in our self-improvement programs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to community members to remind them about scheduled live sessions and events
2. Provide information about upcoming sessions, including topics, speakers, and benefits
3. Engage with community members to understand their needs and interests, and offer personalized recommendations to support their self-improvement journey
4. Build rapport and relationships with community members to foster a supportive and encouraging environment
5. Follow up with community members to gather feedback and address any questions or concerns they may have
6. Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve the overall customer experience

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per workshop registration).
