Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating and implementing strategies to grow the community of creators and brands
2. Working with product and design teams to improve user engagement and retention
3. Writing and sharing content on LinkedIn to build a presence and connect with the audience
4. Analyzing what's working and what's not and adjusting strategies as needed
5. Collaborating with the founding team on key growth initiatives and ideas
6. Experimenting with marketing tactics partnerships and ways to make anchors stand out
