About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead product research and development efforts to drive innovation.
2. Learn and apply core product principles, design frameworks, and UX best practices.
3. Own and manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
4. Analyze user behaviour and needs to define and refine product strategy and roadmap.
5. Craft user stories, product requirement documents (PRDs), and business requirement documents (BRDs).
6. Identify opportunities for product growth and differentiation, creating strategic product line roadmaps.
7. Set and track success metrics post-launch, ensuring data and feedback are integral to product decisions.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously iterate and improve the product.
Requirements:
1. Candidates with a commerce or finance background will be prioritized.
2. Product research & competitive analysis: Identify market gaps and trends.
3. Cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly across technology, design, and business teams.
4. Product requirements: Simplify complex business requirements into developer-friendly user stories.
5. Product validation: Identify and validate key use cases.
6. UI/UX design: Strong knowledge of tools like Figma and Miro.
7. Data-driven decision making: Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.
8. Ownership & adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
