About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Check if there are any support cases in the support portal. If there are, Triage the issue.
2. Do a retry of the failed request and see if it works. Update the portal with the details.
3. If it requires a fix, communicate with the customer the needed time for the fix. Plan and deliver the fix
4. Develop new features
