Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates, ensuring a diverse and highly skilled talent pool.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions.
5. Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to advertise job openings and attract top talent.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
7. Support the overall recruitment process, including offer management and onboarding logistics.
