As a Recruitment Consultant intern, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in HR analytics, MS-Excel, and effective communication to help us find the best talent to join our team. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be essential in engaging with potential candidates and creating impactful recruitment strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilize HR analytics tools to track and analyze recruitment data
2. Create and maintain recruitment reports using MS Excel
3. Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and campaigns
4. Conduct interviews and assessments with potential candidates
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
6. Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience
7. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
