About the work from home job/internship
This is a full-time on-site role for a recruiter intern. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent from universities across India. They will work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR business partners to build and execute campus hiring strategies, participate in career fairs and university events, conduct interviews, and coordinate the offer process.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and execute an end-to-end recruiting strategy to attract a diverse slate of early talent candidates
2. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including (but not limited to): sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and executing offers, and closing candidates
3. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally within the company to understand the needs of the business and externally with universities and other organizations based on your hiring strategy
4. Develop and drive detailed project plans for critical programs and projects relating to the new graduate program
5. Track your progress in both the recruiting process and the NEXUS program, in line with the global early talent teams approach to metrics and reporting
