As a key member of our recruitment department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in posting job openings on various platforms to attract top talent
2. Screening resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
3. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
4. Updating and maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports
5. Assisting in drafting job descriptions and recruitment emails
6. Researching and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to reach a diverse pool of candidates
7. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
