Recruitment Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in posting job openings on various online platforms
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
5. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our recruitment database
7. Ensure joining of the selected candidates for the successful closure of the hiring

Desired qualifications:

1. Highly passionate about making career in recruitment
2. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Any graduate or post graduate or enrolled in any program. Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.

The work will be for 6 days every week. The weekly off can be mutually decided as per the requirement.
