Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and referrals
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
3. Support the recruitment team in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
6. Help in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives to attract top talent
7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per final selection).
