Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Analytical/Problem-solving skills, to sort, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
Familiarity with equity research reports, financial statements, and valuation techniques
Ability to create compelling presentations and reports
Intermediate or Advanced excel skills
Candidates with strong financial modeling skills may be preferred
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Candidates who have cleared any level of professional certification such as CFA, or CA may be preferred
