About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking highly motivated sales interns to join our rapidly growing AI-powered Talent Cloud startup. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth for the on-demand tech staffing division of the company through the sale of IT staffing, contract resources, contract-to-hire, and staff augmentation services to new and existing clients. You will work closely with the sales team to understand the business needs of clients and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting enterprise-level clients and strategic partnerships to drive growth.
2. Assist the sales team in developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan for the IT contract, contract-to-hire, and staff augmentation division.
3. Support the sales team in building and cultivating strong relationships with key clients, gaining a deep understanding of their on-demand tech staffing requirements and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs using our AI talent cloud capabilities.
4. Assist the sales team in establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at potential and existing clients to position the company as a trusted and valuable partner for on-demand tech talent and tech team requirements.
5. Create and manage a sales pipeline, including forecasting and providing regular reports on sales performance and trends.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.
In addition to a fixed stipend of INR 5000 per month, there is also an awesome performance-based incentive with earning potential up to INR 50K per month
