Sales Consultant Work From Home Internship

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team!
In this role, you will primarily engage with students/parents via phone calls and messages, providing them with exceptional support and assistance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with students: Address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Understand their reason for not being able to complete the payment.
2. Provide clear explanations: Explain platform features, services, and processes to clients, ensuring they have a positive experience.
3. Assist students in troubleshooting: Guide them through solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.
