About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
2. Handle interactions with real estate clients and buyers.
3. Achieve daily sales targets of 4 plots or flats through organic methods.
4. Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
5. Work within a target-based incentive structure.
6. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
7. Identify and generate leads based on buyer requirements.
8. Effectively close 4 to 5 deals daily.
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market and available inventory.
10. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Note: This internship includes cold calling; ensure you are comfortable with this aspect.
