About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and researching potential clients in global markets like the US, UK, and Europe across industries like technology, education, and e-commerce under lead generation
2. Sending cold emails to prospective clients and calling them, presenting design and IT services, and setting up meetings with key decision-makers under client outreach
3. Assisting in preparing customized presentations, proposals, and sales decks to showcase services to potential clients under sales pitches
4. Maintaining regular follow-ups with leads to ensure a smooth flow in the sales pipeline, ensuring proper lead nurturing and client engagement under follow-up
5. Collaborating with the sales team on deal negotiations and closing, and assisting in managing the CRM system with accurate data entries and updates under sales support
6. Helping maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients by providing post-sales support, answering queries, and facilitating communication between teams under client relationship management
7. Assisting in reporting sales metrics and performance, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts under target reporting

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 800000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 8000 per sale).
