Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the requirements of the National Skill Development Corporation's (NSDC) Target Group and ideating plans to reach out to the maximum target audience
2. Assisting in generating leads and prospecting new clients through marketing campaigns
3. Creating and maintaining a leads dashboard, working closely with the project leader to track leads and daily conversion
4. Consult leads to understand their queries and resolve them
NOTE: Your Stipend is fully variable, for every conversion made you will earn Rs 5,000. Your stipend therefore will be as high as your sales are!

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
