Sales Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cold Calling: Make outbound cold calls to potential clients/customers to introduce products/services and qualify leads.
2. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria such as interest level, budget, and decision-making authority.
3. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales team members with qualified leads and ensure accurate appointment details are communicated.
4. Follow-Up: Follow up on initial calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into confirmed appointments.
5. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activity, lead qualification, and appointment metrics to track progress towards monthly booking targets.
7. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of target market segments.
