About the work from home job/internship
As a social media intern at Big Internet Seller Services Inc., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our target audience across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation: Assisting in creating compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and written posts.
2. Social media management: Helping manage and monitor our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
3. Community engagement: Engaging with our audience by participating in relevant conversations, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with followers.
4. Campaign support: Supporting the execution of social media marketing campaigns, including coordinating giveaways, contests, and other promotional activities.
5. Analytics and reporting: Assisting in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Trend monitoring: Staying informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.

Qualifications:

4. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
5. Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
