About the work from home job/internship
We are hiring for the Deshonnati Deshotkarsh Foundation, an NGO started by the same team that started PassionMojo Pvt. Ltd., to serve the community in a better and more effective way. The NGO is approved by the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Darpan Registration is also done.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate on creating and executing campaigns across social media
2. Content Creation:
a. Develop engaging blog posts, social media content, Instagram reels, and videos with humans
b. Take interviews with the right people for internal training, external audiences, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
c. Connect with the right audience using LinkedIn, Instagram, or other channels
3. Social Media Management:
a. Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content and analytics
b. Handle the social media channels of those who are volunteering for the NGO cause
4. Promote and spread awareness about the programs of NGO through the social media channels of the company
5. Create video featuring yourself, company staff or people who are ready to volunteer
Notes:
1. Knowledge of at least 1 or more than 1, we do not expect you to know everything and do everything.
2. SUMMARY: We expect you to work on LinkedIn Marketing, Instagram Marketing, and email marketing.
3. We are hiring HR, graphic Designers and Content Writers to help you.
4. What we need from you is VIDEO MARKETING, TESTIMONIALS, NETWORKING, and CONNECTION BUILDING, as well as spreading AWARENESS about the NGO.
5. Please confirm whether you are prepared to create educational and informative reels and videos for us.

4. A quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and technologies rapidly and apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
5. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Passionate about creativity and adept at developing innovative marketing strategies.
7. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is advantageous.
