We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Infomance's presence on LinkedIn and Twitter, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and timely dissemination of news updates. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter, and a passion for the startup ecosystem.
1. LinkedIn and Twitter Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach on Infomance's LinkedIn and Twitter profiles
2. Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, including startups, investors, and industry professionals, by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
3. Content Posting: Curate and schedule posts on LinkedIn and Twitter to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content, including news updates, articles, interviews, and industry insights
4. News Updates: Stay informed about the latest developments in the startup world, including funding news, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and share relevant updates on social media platforms
5. Platform Specialization: Become a specialist in utilizing LinkedIn and Twitter to maximize Infomance's visibility, engagement, and impact within the startup community
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and inform future strategies
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial team to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment between social media efforts and editorial objectives.

Other requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing LinkedIn and Twitter accounts for a brand or organization
3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative social media posts
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization
6. Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and the innovation ecosystem
7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of brand conversion).
