This is a full-time remote internship. The intern will be required to work closely with me to create mainly short-form content by repurposing it from long-form YouTube videos. All of my clients either have a lot of long-form videos or we help them make long forms and for short forms, we clip out the long-form videos. Also, the intern will be required to coordinate with the editors on the completion of the clip.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop a strong understanding of the client's niches
2. Understand how short form content works
3. Watch long form content and create high-performing short-form videos out of them with proper hooks, explanations, etc.
4. Coordinate with editors on the completion of the edit
5. Track views and make delibrate efforts to generate more views

Expectations:
1. Really fluent in English, because our clients are from the USA you need to have a very fluent understanding of English
2. Awareness on how content works and what is good content
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
