Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive YouTube Channel Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of 2-3 YouTube channels. This role involves managing content calendars, conducting topic research, scripting, coordinating with designers, and ensuring timely publication of videos.

Responsibilities:
1. Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of creation and publication for 2-3 YouTube channels.
2. Research: Perform detailed research on topics to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and informative. Stay updated with trends within the channel's niche to ensure content is current.
3. Script Drafting: Craft detailed video scripts that align with the channel's tone and objectives. Ensure scripts are engaging and well-structured to capture audience interest.
4. Design Coordination:Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to ensure that the visual elements, including video editing and thumbnail creation, align with the content and are completed on time.
