1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
7. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus
