About the work from home job/internship

Be at the forefront of building a game-changing support platform:

a. Real-time communication & live chat: Help us develop the infrastructure for seamless live chat experiences using WebSockets technology. You'll be involved in building features that enable real-time communication between customers and agents.
b. Complex Backend applications: Dive into the heart of our solution and contribute to the development of robust backend applications that power our features.
c. Conversational AI & workflow optimization: Get hands-on experience with integrating OpenAI functionalities (e.g., Assistants API, GPT 4 Turbo) to build intelligent chatbots and explore how AI can optimize and automate workflows within the helpdesk.
d. AI-powered copilot for ticket management: Assist in building a comprehensive customer support ticket management system that incorporates an AI copilot to assist agents and improve resolution times.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with experienced developers to design and implement software solutions using our tech stack (Node.js, ReactJS, MongoDB, Redis, WebSockets, and OpenAI).
2. Developing user interfaces (UIs) using ReactJS to ensure a seamless user experience for our helpdesk platform.
3. Working with MongoDB and Redis to efficiently store and retrieve data for our application.
4. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality.
5. Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies related to AI and software development.
6. Contributing to the overall success of the team by taking on additional tasks as needed.

Other requirements

We are looking for passionate developers with:

1. Technical skills: Proficiency in Node.js, ReactJS, and familiarity with MongoDB. An interest in and a basic understanding of AI concepts is a plus, especially if relevant to OpenAI functionalities. A grasp of WebSockets technology is beneficial.

2. Soft skills: Problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ability to work independently and take initiative, and a passion for learning and experimenting.
