Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web pages using Tailwind CSS
2. Develop reusable components using Tailwind CSS to streamline and standardize the UI development process
3. Ensure the components are optimized for performance and accessibility
4. Perform thorough testing and debugging of the web pages to ensure a seamless user experience
