2. Your primary responsibility will be to support our talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within our organization.
3. You will actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from assisting in job postings on job portals to conducting initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews.
4. Collaborating with hiring managers and team leads, you will help identify the key skills and qualifications required for open positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
5. You will have the chance to utilize your strong English proficiency skills to effectively communicate with candidates, conducting pre-screening assessments and gauging their language capabilities.
6. In addition, you will assist in maintaining our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate data and recruitment progress.
7. This role will provide you with valuable exposure to various recruitment strategies and techniques, as you actively contribute to our employer branding efforts and assist in organizing recruitment events and initiatives.
