About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
2. Reviewing resumes and applications, and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
4. Assisting with the creation and posting of job descriptions on our company website and external job boards
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring status
6. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions
7. Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employer branding efforts and diversity and inclusion initiatives

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members

3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

4. Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes is preferred but not required

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of human resources and talent acquisition
