About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Help in crafting engaging job descriptions to attract top talent
4. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
5. Support in creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance our recruitment strategy
