Talent Acquisition Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
3. Source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
4. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
8. Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job postings.
9. Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
