Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms and tools
2. Manage job postings and maintain recruitment databases
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Assist in creating and implementing employer branding strategies
5. Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate progress and generate reports
6. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
7. Contribute to projects related to recruitment process improvement and diversity initiatives
