Talent Acquisition Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
2. Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
3. Screen potential CM candidates.
4. Schedule initial prospecting meetings with our in-house interviewing team.
5. Work with our fellow campus recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
6. Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
7. Coordinate with our interview & training teams.
