Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
3. Support in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
