As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and gaining valuable experience in the field. You will work closely with our experienced team to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates for various roles.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and screening candidates: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess suitability for roles.
2. Assisting with recruitment campaigns: Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns, including creating job postings and advertising materials.
3. Scheduling interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
5. Research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential candidates.
6. Administrative tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per candidate placed).
