Tamil Telecaller Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a results-driven Loan Collection Officer to manage overdue accounts and secure timely collections.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include making targeted calls to meet daily and monthly goals, negotiating payment plans, maintaining detailed records of all collection efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Note:

1. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, proven collection experience, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills
2. Interested candidates should demonstrate their ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently, remain professional in challenging situations, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
