About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring sales interns
2. Arranging training for the Interns
3. Following up with day-to-day activities with the sales interns
4. Ensuring the interns are performing by motivating them
5. Helping the interns close their sales
6. Ensuring interns get the incentives on a timely basis
7. Sending updates and status reports on a daily/weekly basis

Note:

1. Target of 5 sales per month
2. Incentive of 1500 per sale of the team over 5 sales
