NOTE: This role requires you to work from 12 pm UK time. Apply only if you are comfortable with the evening shift.
1. Reviewing blueprints outlining platform customization requirements, including forms, projects, surveys, and dashboards
2. Utilizing self-service tools on Makerble to create forms and surveys by adding fields and questions
3. Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on blueprints and integrating them into dashboards
4. Following import instructions to upload client data via CSV files to their Makerble platform
5. Configuring automatic data imports via integrations with other platforms, such as Salesforce
6. Providing regular progress updates to clients and customer success executives
7. Incorporating client feedback to refine platform customization
8. Recording time spent on each client project
9. Participating in meetings with clients
Requirements:
1. Sharp attention to detail: able to understand the configurations of the Makerble platform and ensure that client requirements are met and tested ahead of Go Live
2. Excellent written and verbal English
3. Ability and willingness to learn quickly: your learning curve will include gaining an understanding of the world our clients live in, which is, the practice of impact measurement and the charity sector in general
