About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. Client Acquisition:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
2. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand your network and generate leads
II. Client Management:
1. Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable properties or investment opportunities
2. Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
3. Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the buying or selling process to ensure a smooth transaction
III. Property Promotion: List properties on various platforms and marketing channels to attract potential buyers or tenants
