Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recording error-free reports of the clients' orders and accordingly processing their purchases
2. Working on closely studying the clients' preferences and needs and having complete knowledge about the company's services and products so that they can be recommended
3. Establishing and nurturing exceptional relationships with customers so that they stay loyal, advocate for the brand, and buy again
4. Making phone calls to potential and existing customers persuading them to sign up for the company's services or purchase their products
5. Leveraging sales scripts engineered by the company to deal with customer rejections and drive sales
6. Working on consistently exceeding or meeting daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales and call volume targets
7. Working on uncovering leads who are serious about buying and then passing on their information to the sales team
