Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services in a persuasive and professional manner.
2. Handle incoming calls from existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or concerns promptly.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases using MS Excel, ensuring all interactions and relevant information are accurately documented.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, assisting in the successful conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
5. Assist in organizing and executing customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing the results, and providing actionable insights to improve our processes.
6. Actively participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, communication skills, and overall understanding of our target market.
