4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using MS Excel
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to company growth
6. Update knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer needs
7. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism
