Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

3. Following up with leads through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and convert opportunities.
4. Maintaining accurate records of all communications and updating customer information in the database.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling scripts and strategies for effective telecalling campaigns.
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your telecommunication skills and product knowledge.
7. Meeting weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates to contribute to the company's growth.
