1. Maintain a strong focus on communication; the role will be primarily iteration-based.
2. Embrace startup tasks and go beyond outlined responsibilities to deliver results.
3. Iterate quickly, create visuals and diagrams, and support the frontend team effectively.
4. Ensure availability for meetings in US time zones (morning and night); afternoons will generally be free.
5. Demonstrate excellent ownership, work independently, and turn ideas into compelling designs.
6. Welcome candidates starting in UI design who show strong commitment and eagerness to learn; mentorship will be available.
