About the work from home job/internship
As an intern in this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites on both Shopify and WordPress platforms, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on translating Figma designs into functional and visually appealing websites. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in addressing client queries and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the development process.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilize your skills in Shopify and WordPress to bring Figma designs to life, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience
2. Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet client specifications and requirements
3. Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices
4. Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and understand their business goals
5. Provide regular updates on the progress of website development, addressing any concerns or feedback from clients promptly
6. Collaborate with the design team to clarify design elements and functionality
7. Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing any issues, bugs, or challenges that may arise during the development process
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues efficiently to maintain a positive client experience
9. Implement changes and updates as requested by clients post-launch
