We are seeking a passionate and motivated WordPress web developer intern to join our team. As a WordPress web developer intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our development team to enhance and maintain our WordPress-based websites. This internship offers hands-on experience in web development within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Website Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, including theme customization, plugin integration, and content updates
2. Front-end Development: Collaborate with designers and developers to implement user interface enhancements and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices
3. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks on WordPress websites
4. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and functionality
5. Documentation: Document development processes, code changes, and configurations for future reference and team collaboration
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development, web technologies, and digital marketing

1. Proficiency in WordPress: Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, Elementor Pro, themes, plugins, and customizations.
2. HTML/CSS: A solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
3. JavaScript/jQuery: Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery for front-end interactions and enhancements.
4. PHP: Familiarity with the PHP programming language and its application in WordPress development.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently.

Note: We are not hiring students who attend full-time college. This is a full-time internship, and we will need the intern to dedicate their time to the internship from Monday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
