We are looking for a motivated WordPress Developer Intern with a strong interest in web development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop their skills in WordPress development and be proficient in English. As a WordPress Developer Intern, you will assist in both back-end and front-end development tasks, including the creation and customization of WordPress themes and plugins. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and professional growth within a supportive team environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites
2. Support the creation and management of WordPress themes and plugins
3. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions
4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
5. Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO
6. Troubleshoot and help resolve website issues
7. Conduct website performance tests and assist in implementing necessary improvements
8. Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies
9. Provide support to clients and team members on WordPress functionalities
Requirements:
1. Experience with page builders such as Elementor or Divi
2. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
3. Experience with eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce
